Thank you to all the participants of the Nonprofit Legal Audit Clinic held on January 21, 2016. In all, 40 volunteer attorneys assisted 19 small nonprofits at the event.  Teams of volunteer transactional attorneys reviewed checklists with participating nonprofits to evaluate their legal health.
