Volunteer Now

The work of the Colorado Lawyers Committee is accomplished by lawyers and others who are concerned about providing and increasing opportunities for children, the poor, and other disadvantaged communities through advocacy, negotiation, and litigation.

The Colorado Lawyers Committee currently has more than 20 task forces working on projects in the areas of Poverty & Public Benefits, Civil Rights & Criminal Law, Children’s Rights & Education, Community Development, and Immigration. For a list of current projects and task forces, click here. Complete descriptions of all our projects can be found in the annual report.

A number of these task forces (listed below) need additional volunteers. Substantive expertise is not required. Click on the links to volunteer.  If you are interested in a task force that does not have an online sign-up, please email our Associate Director, Kathleen McCrohan.
